Liability Insurance
contractors all risk
The Policy covers the Insured against any loss or damage to the construction, installations, equipment or machinery and his liability in respect of accidental bodily injury (including death or disease) and accidental loss of or damage to property of third parties in connection with the construction. In addition the Policy, covers any legal expenses arising out which the Insured shall pay.
employer's liability
It is a compulsory insurance which covers the Insured (Employer) against his liability to pay compensation and claimant's costs and expenses, in respect of an Accident or Disease-Illness caused and arising out of and in the course of his employment by the Insured in the business.
public liability
The Policy covers the Insured against his liability in respect of:
- accidental bodily injury (including death or disease) to any person
- accidental loss of or damage to property
happening in connection with the business which is declared to the Insurance Company.
